With over 17 years of military service and more than 3,500 flight hours, Devin Ivy brings deep operational experience across multiple aircraft, including the B-1B, MC-12, T-6A, and every variant of the T-38. His career has been built on precision, safety, and performance — qualities he now brings to every mission at Talon Aero Services. As both a military and commercial airline pilot, he understands what it takes to keep legacy aircraft flying safely and effectively.
Devin Ivy founded Talon Aero Services, LLC after seeing how the T-38’s retirement horizon kept moving further away as the T-7’s entry into service was delayed. The T-38 has been a cornerstone of his flying career, and he wanted to ensure this remarkable aircraft continues to be operated, maintained, and respected with the same level of professionalism it has always deserved.

Ryan Parrish is an accomplished aviation professional with over 3,000 hours of military flight experience in the C-130H/J Hercules, Beechjet 400A, and T-38 Talon. He continues to serve in the U.S. Air Force Reserve, instructing Pilot Instructor Training at Randolph Air Force Base, and is also a pilot for a major U.S. airline, flying the Boeing 737 and Boeing 787. His career reflects a unique blend of tactical military expertise and global airline experience, grounded in professionalism, safety, and instructional excellence.
Ryan earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics from the United States Air Force Academy and his Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His academic foundation complements his aviation career, equipping him with strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills that enhance operational and business decision-making.
